The heating temperature between 250 ℃ ~ 320 ℃. Correspondingly, in order to ensure the use safety of hot oil furnace, 10 years ago in China issued the rules of the safety technology of organic heat carrier furnace, in addition to the requirement of hot oil furnace in line with the general rules of the boiler safety related rules, also special provisions on the particularity of hot oil furnace was made.
Second, the main feature of heat conduction oil and heat conduction oil is organic heat carrier, points of two kinds of mineral oil and synthetic, the current domestic use are mostly mineral oil type heat conduction oil. Overall, the heat conduction oil belongs to the lubricants series of petroleum products, chemical properties is stable, is not as easy as light oil burning. From the use and safety point of view, its main features are:
1. Within the scope of permissible temperature, better thermal stability, less coking, a longer service life.
2. Within the scope of permissible temperature, thermal conductivity, good flow property and can pump performance.
3. Low toxicity, no corrosion of equipment, little impact on the environment.
4. Low freezing point, high boiling point, low boiling point components in less. Within the allowable temperature range, low vapor pressure, evaporation loss less.
5. The temperature higher than 70 ℃ when exposed to air will be strong oxidation and its heating system need to seal, and its temperature under 70 ℃ is allowed only in contact with air.
6. After heated volume expansion, expansion rate greater than the water. Temperature of 100 ℃, the volume expansion rate can reach 8% ~ 10%.
7. Thermal cracking happens or condensation in the container, the pipe coking and carbon deposition.
8. Mixed with water, or a set of low boiling point, after heated vapour pressure will increase significantly.
9. Both high flash point, ignition point, and spontaneous combustion point, under the allowable temperature and airtight state will not fire burning. The structure of the three, hot oil furnace and heating system

Four, hot oil furnace safety hot oil furnace is the main danger of fire. Heat conduction oil once the leakage from the hot oil furnace heating systems, due to its high temperature, and contact with the flame or close to, will be lit or spontaneous combustion, causing a fire. In addition, hot oil furnace will also by reason of heat conduction oil with water, and an explosion accident.
Prevent hot oil furnace accident must begin from two aspects of equipment and medium at the same time, one is to make the equipment has enough strength and rigor, no broken no leakage; The second is to make the heat conduction oil not overheating in the heat, not bad, the normal flow and heat transfer. Mainly include:
1.Should be used for hot oil furnace is the national designated manufacturer of qualified products.
2. The installation of the hot oil furnace heating system should be completed by the manufacturer or fixed installation unit, quality qualification and conform to the rules.
3. Hot oil furnace operators have specialized technical training, examination qualified, show certificates.
4. The heat conduction oil supply unit should provide the physical and chemical properties data of heat conduction oil and should conform to the requirements of the national standard. Heat conduction oil in use should be test once a year, found that the problem timely replace or regenerate.
5. Hot oil furnace in the start should be fully discharge air, water and light component. Should be in the running to maintain the flow rate of the heat conduction oil is high enough, to prevent the power to stop the pump, so as to avoid heat conduction oil overheating coking and carbon deposition. Filters should be cleaned regularly.
6. Hot oil furnace and heating system complete safety devices should be in good condition, overtemperature and overpressure protection devices should be sensitive and reliable. |
